Cutting edge blade technology for improved efficiency
FLOWFORCE paddles are designed to work more effectively with both the paddler and the water, reducing unnecessary fatigue, strain, and inefficient strokes.
By integrating FLOWFORCE precision-engineered slits through the blade, water flow is managed in a controlled way— maximising efficiency, reducing unnecessary drag, and improving stability. The result? Smoother strokes, less effort, and more time on the water.

Engineered to Work With the Water
FLOWFORCE didn’t begin as a paddle.
It began with Oscar Propulsion’s work in marine propulsion, where understanding how water moves around hulls, propellers and rudders is fundamental to improving efficiency.
That same thinking was applied to human-powered propulsion:
Could a paddle blade be designed to work more effectively with the water, rather than simply pushing against it?
The answer is FLOWFORCE.

SMOOTHER
Through the catch.

STABLE
Through the drive.

EASIER
On the body over longer sessions.

EFFICIENT
Without sacrificing effective propulsion.
A Harder Catch Doesn’t Mean a Better Stroke
A conventional paddle is essentially a solid plate.
When it enters the water, a large pressure difference develops between the power face and the back of the blade. That pressure creates propulsion, but it can also create a sudden peak load that the paddler must absorb through the shoulders, elbows, wrists and torso.
A heavier load can feel powerful. But more force isn’t automatically more efficiency.

Some differences are better experienced than explained. Find a FLOWFORCE ambassador near you, or join us on the water and try it for yourself.
