Content

Posts, reels and videos across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads and YouTube. Scored on what it is, not how much of it there is.

Referrals

Your own tracked code and QR. Every qualified sale pays commission plus points, on top of everything else you’ve earned that month.

In Person

Events and demos. Getting a stranger onto a board for the first time is one of the most valuable things you can do for us — and it’s paid as such.

We reward creativity, not quantity.

A flat rate per post trains everyone to make the cheapest thing that clears the bar. You’ve seen it — someone stood on a board holding a paddle, “love my new board.” It’s fine. It just isn’t what earns you the most.

So quality and results are the multiplier on volume here. One reel that stops someone scrolling is worth far more, and pays far more, than five quick snaps. Make a few pieces you’re proud of and we’ll do the rest.
